LG E200 and E300 Widescreen Notebooks Released in India

LG has announced the availability of two new notebooks, named E200 and E300 in the Indian market. Developed to offer a digital entertainment experience, the latest range of laptops feature power saving modules to deliver enhanced battery life.

Powered by Intel Core 2 Duo processor technology, these models include a stylish curl-fit design with LG Fine Bright LCD Technology that provides vivid and life-like images. Both the notebooks also sport the High Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) technology, which delivers uncompressed, crystal-clear digital video and audio through a single cable.

“LG Electronics prides itself at being at the forefront of new technologies in terms of notebooks. Our new range of notebooks will forever change the digital entertainment experience of both business and home users,” commented V. Ramachandran, Director, Sales and Marketing, LGEIL.

The 12.1-inch E200 and 13.3-inch E300 come with ATI Radeon Xpress 1250, 103 megapixel LG Smart Cam, HDMI port, 5-in-1 Multimedia Card Reader (XD/SD/MMC/MS/MS Pro), Express Card Slot (34) and integrated DVD-Writer.

Currently available in the country, LG E200 costs Rs. 51,500, whereas E300 retails for Rs. 57,000.
